About Us
Black Bear Studio is situated on three acres on the outskirts of Trenton, Ontario. The mature-treed lot dawns a large rustic barn, cedar fencing and is surrounded by many farmer's fields. It makes the ideal location for family photos in all seasons.
Nicole, and her fiance Chris, bought the property in 2017. Renovations have been on-going to the old farmhouse, that once belonged to the famous writer, Roy Bonisteel. Although not complete yet, the goal is to have a fully operational indoor photography studio by 2021.
Black Bear Studio is owned and operated by Nicole Lewis, who has spent the past decade photographing the rugged landscapes and wildlife of western Canada. Once the birth of their daughter Brooklyn, she realized that capturing family moments surpassed the beauty of nature.

**All photography services are shot on location of Black Bear Studios in less otherwise specified. All packages include immediate family only. Please do not bring other family members or friends with you to your appointment. 25% non-refundable deposit required before a booking can be confirmed. 48-hour notice must be given to reschedule an existing appointment.
